Synopsis
"Pirates of the South" tells the gripping story of Alana Carey, a determined young woman striving to make her mark in the male dominated realm of pirate radio in 1980s London. Escaping an abusive home, Alana dives into the underground music scene, confronting manipulation, betrayal, and her own personal growth.
Rising from a toxic relationship with a drug dealer, she evolves into a powerful DJ, taking charge of her future. With the support of her friends, Alana aspires to transform her illegal station into a legitimate radio empire, all while battling the forces pulling her back into a world of crime.
